Formation of KBPC
It was with this underlying principle in mind, that the greatest lever for change always exists within the individual, that I started Kevin Bush Professional Coaching.
The coaching relationship is unique in that it allows for a truly customized experience where all energy and focus can be trained on the specific goals and needs of the client. This differs from a team or organizational training where focus and learning tend to be more generalized and shared.
My primary goal at KBPC is to create an empowering coaching environment where clients feel safe, supported, and challenged enough to face themselves “head-on,” and to maximize their impact through courageous self-exploration and focused personal development.
